Ignis wraith isn't over rated, it's a very solid trash clearing weapon (sub 80 or so), very easy to use (next to no aiming required, and barely any reload downtime and ccs most enemies it hits), very easy to get (just ask for one, it's effectively free @MR9), decent AOE and range, decent damage, very solid loot box breaker but a bit forma intensive for a full build and thats all people rate it at.
